Countywide Spelling Bee

I produced the Countywide Spelling Bee, an annual academic competition that brings together top 6th, 7th, and 8th grade spellers from more than 700 public, private, and charter schools across the region. Hosted in partnership with the San Diego County Office of Education, the event serves as the official qualifier for the Scripps National Spelling Bee.

In addition to overseeing event logistics and school coordination, I brought in sponsors for the first time in the event’s history—enhancing the experience for students, families and educators alike.
